While the United states Armed Forces are in Vietnam, “united in its determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” Democratic (socialist/fascist) President Lyndon Johnson, signs the Revenue and Expenditure Control Act, imposing a ten-percent a surcharge on the lawful corporate and unlawful individual Federal income taxes to pay for both the unlawful Vietnamese-American War and the unlawful Great Society/New Deal III (1964-1968).  The surcharge is retroactive to four months previous for individuals, and seven months previous for corporations (artificial persons).

       NOTE: This is an ex post facto law forbidden by Article I, Section 9 [Clause 3].
