While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Mayor John Gwaltney, of Edmundson, missouri, issues a memo to this statute enforcement officers: “I wish to take this opportunity to remind you that the tickets that you write do add to the revenue on which the P.D. budget is established and will directly affect pay adjustments at budget time.”

Jerred Dooley, a Rains County, texas statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) shoots a dog belonging to Cole Middleton, because it was barking. Middleton had called 9-1-1 to report that his home had been broken into, and his guns stolen. Dooley refused to give the dog a mercy killing, forcing Middleton to kill his dog with his bare hands.
