While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Korea, “champion[ing] liberty wherever the tyranny of communism is the aggressor,” Allen W. Dulles, Esq., Director of Central Intelligence, authorizing the creation of Project MKUltra, to conduct “[r]esearch in [to] the manipulation of human behavior … considered by many authorities in medicine and related fields to be professionally unethical” for the purpose of carrying out political assassinations under hypnosis.
Postscripts:
- The concept “assassination under hypnosis” served as the inspiration behind the 1959 spy novel The Manchurian Candidate, by Richard Condon.
- Two decades later, Sirhan bin Bishira bin Sirhan, the convicted assassin of Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto senator Robert F. Kennedy, Esq., of new york, would claim he was a victim of MKUltra techniques, and would not have killed Kennedy otherwise.
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Dulles was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
