Sirhan B. Sirhan, allegedly fires a .22 caliber Iver-Johnson Cadet revolver, at Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto senator Robert F. Kennedy, Esq., of new york, mortally wounding him.
CONSPIRACY ALERT:
- The autopsy of Kennedy revealed that he had been shot from behind, above his right ear, at point-blank range. Sirhan was always in front of Kennedy, never getting any closer than three-feet away.
- Several witnesses reported to police that a woman wearing a polka dot dress was heard boasting that, “We shot him! We shot Kennedy! We shot him!”
- Thirteen bullets were accounted for at the scene, five more than what could be loaded into Sirhan’s IJ Cadet revolver.
- The bullets that were accounted for were of different calibers.
- The reports of the Los Angeles County Coroner and the Los Angeles City Police Department conflicted.
- Kennedy had been campaigning for the Democratic party nomination for President of the United statesl. He stated that if elected he would re-open the investigation into the assassination of his brother, President John F. Kennedy.
- The real assassin appears to have been one of Kennedy’s bodyguards, who was observed holding a smoking sidearm immediately behind the spot where Kennedy fell.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Kennedy was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
