While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam “defending freedom,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Duncan v. louisiana: under the fraudulent 14th amendment, a jury trial is not necessary if the maximum possible penalty is less than six-months incarceration.
