The supreme court of the corporate United states hands down Trupiano v. United states: Federal agents ARE required to obtain a warrant in order to search the immediate vicinity in which a suspect has just been arrested.

NOTE: The only three federal crimes mentioned under the Constitution for the united States are counterfeiting, piracy and treason.  The majority of arrests made by Federal agents have nothing to do with those three.
