The second Red Scare continues: The Republican (fascist/socialist) 37th counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment)—over the veto of Democratic (socialist/fascist) President Truman—passes the Taft-Hartley Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, prohibiting members of the Communist Party USA from assuming leadership positions in labor unions.  The act also empowers the president to order a striking labor union back to work.
