The Burleson County, texas grand jury denies an indictment to District Attorney Julie Renken, against Henry Goedrich Magee.  Two months previous, Magee shot and killed Sergeant Adam Sowders, a county statute enforcement officer—who had not announced his presence–while attempting to execute a search warrant for drugs and guns.
