While the army and navy of the United states are in Africa, Europe and the Pacific, fighting “for a world in which this [n]ation, and all that this [n]ation represents, will be safe for our children,” Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., signs the Emergency Price Control Act, establishing rationing of tires, automobiles, shoes, nylon, sugar, gasoline, fuel oil, coffee, meats and processed food.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
