Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto Commander-in-Chief Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., issues Executive Order 9102, creating the War Relocation Authority. The purpose of the WRA is to facilitate the movement of 120,000 U.S. subject/enemy/citizens of Japanese heritage into concentration camps.

- “An executive order is … a written command issued by the President directing subordinate government officials to take specified actions or implement designated policies.”
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
