The supreme court, of the corporate United states, decides Glasser v. United states: The exclusion of women from jury duty who are NOT members of the League of Women Voters, and have been trained by a municipal prosecutor is unlawful. “The deliberate selection of jurors from the membership of particular private organizations definitely does not conform to the traditional requirements of jury trial.”
Question: Could the prosecution’s opportunity to prejudice female jury members against the defense be construed as jury tampering?
