FALSE FLAG OPERATION (1941b): Vice-admiral James O. Richardson, commander-in-chief of the Pacific fleet of the navy of the United States, is ordered by admiral Harold “Betty” Stark, chief of naval operations, to issue a press release—against Richardson’s personal judgement—saying that he is requesting that the fleet remain in Pearl Harbor (republic of) Hawaii.
Postscript: De facto Commander-in-Chief Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., quickly and enthusiastically approved Richardson’s request.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2]
