At the convening of the Democratic (socialist/fascist) 14th counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) Democratic de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., delivers his “Four Freedoms” speech:
In the future days, which we seek to make secure, we look forward to a world founded upon four essential human freedoms.
The first is freedom of speech and expression—everywhere in the world.
The second is freedom of every person to worship God in his own way—everywhere in the world.
The third is freedom from want [welfare state]—which, translated into world terms, means economic understandings which will secure to every nation a healthy peacetime life for its inhabitants-everywhere in the world.
The fourth is freedom from fear [warfare state]—which, translated into world terms, means a world-wide reduction of armaments to such a point and in such a thorough fashion that no nation will be in a position to commit an act of physical aggression against any neighbor—anywhere in the world.
Question: By repeatedly using the phrase “any/everywhere in the world,” was Roosevelt advocating imposing his values upon the rest of the world (i.e. “American exceptionalism”)?
NOTES:
- The first two freedoms, from Article I of Amendment, are negative freedoms; they require that government does nothing to interfere with the right of WE THE PEOPLE to exercise them.
- The later two freedoms are positive freedoms; they require that government take positive action taking wealth from those who have earned it and then give that wealth to those who have not earned it.
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].

Otojiro Okuda, acting Japanese Consul-General for Honolulu, (republic of) Hawaii, transmits to the Japanese Foreign Ministry a coded response of an inquiry into the number of warships in Pearl Harbor. Although the report is decoded and passed onto the White House, de facto Commander-in-Chief Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., does not inform admiral Husband E, Kimmel, commander-in-chief of the pacific fleet of the navy of the United States, or admiral Harold “Betty” Stark, chief of naval operations.
Postscript: Throughout the rest of the year, the same “J” code is used to relay reports to the Foreign Ministry of increasing sensitivity, involving bombing approaches to anchored vessels and recommendations for a sneak attack. Still Kimmel and Stark were never notified.
