Democratic (socialist/fascist) governor Herbert H. Lehman, of new york, releases a letter that he has written to Democratic de facto senator Robert F. Wagner, Sr., Esq., of new york pleading with him to help defeat the plan of Democratic de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., to “pack” the supreme court with as many as six new associate justices.

       NOTES:

  • Upon hearing the news Roosevelt is rumored to have said, “What else could you expect from a Jew?”  Had Wagner been lawfully elected (by the legislature) Lehman would be able to use his influence with the legislature to compel Wagner to oppose Roosevelt’s power grab.
  • As attorneys (Officers of the Court) Roosevelt and Wagner were ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
