Five days after Kristallnacht (German for “night of the broken glass”) with Nazi persecution against Germans of Jewish ancestry severely intensified, Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., is asked by a reporter if he “Would … recommend a relaxation of our immigration restrictions so that the Jewish refugees could be received in this country?” To which Roosevelt replies, “This is not in contemplation. We have the quota system.”
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2]
