While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the second circuit court of appeals hands down Obama v. Hedges, reversing a decision by the southern district of new york that declared the indefinite incarceration provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 to be unlawful.
