While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Rick Libero, a north carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control officer (acting under-color-of-law) arrests Christopher Lamont “Xstravagant” Beatty for drinking an AriZona iced tea, in the parking lot of a state-owned Fayetteville ABC liquor store.

       Postscript: Months later Beatty was offered a deal to plead guilty to criminal trespass and accept one year of probation, 24 hours community service, a mental health evaluation and random drug test; or go to trial.
