The Federal enclave of Arizona division one court of appeals hands down state v. Shilgevorkyan: Motorists may be charged with “Driving” (a legal term for “traveling” while transporting goods, services or persons in commerce) Under the Influence (DUI) of marijuana even if there are only non-intoxicating, trace amounts in their systems.
