       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the senate committee on intelligence votes to release its Study of the Central Intelligence Agency’s Detention and Interrogation Program, reporting that not only had the CIA tortured its detainees, but also lied about it.  But the committee fails to recommend that anyone in the CIA be prosecuted.
