While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” two plainclothes Chicago, illinois statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) arrest Angel Perez, an amateur documentary filmmaker, and interrogate him for two hours about “Dwayne” a contact on his cell phone being linked to illegal drug deals and robberies.

       Postscript: The next day SEO Jorge Lopez called Perez to apologize for the way he was treated, and asked him to come to the precinct station to sign some paperwork.  When Perez arrived he was taken to a room by Lopez and Sergeant Matt Cline, where Perez was handcuffed in stress positions, savagely beaten, sodomized with the barrel of a service revolver, and told the treatment would continue until he agreed to make an illegal drug sale to “Dwayne.”
