While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Sergeant Conrad DePinto, a New York City statute enforcement officer, drives his unmarked vehicle into cyclist Justin Johnsen, causing deep cuts into his elbow requiring stitches.

Postscript: Four months later Johnsen received a bill of 1,263.01 “dollars” for damages to city property.
