At the reconvening of the Republican (proto-fascist/socialist) 59th Constitutional Congress (elected in accordance with Article I, Section 3 [Clause 1]) Republican President Theodore “Robber Baron” Roosevelt proposes a federal inheritance tax, not because the rich have an obligation to the poor, but because “The man of great wealth owes a peculiar obligation to the State, because he derives special advantages from the mere existence of government.”
NOTE: This has always been, and remains the primary the mission of the Republican Party from its very beginning to make the rich richer.
