The Supreme Court, of the corporate United states, hands down Strauder v. (Virginia enclave of) West Virginia: via the fraudulent 14th amendment, the Shenandoah Valley Railroad Act, barring United States subject-citizens of African heritage from sitting on Juries is declared unlawful, rather than require that West Virginia (lawfully an enclave of Virginia) obey the equal protection provisions in its constitution.
