Lindbergh, Jr. famed aviation pioneer, resigns his commission in the air corps of the army of the United states in protest over the incendiary foreign policy against fascist Germany by Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq Roosevelt calls Lindbergh’s decision, “disloyal.”

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2]
