The seventh circuit court of appeals hands down Ezell v. Chicago (illinois): via the fraudulent 14th amendment, municipal corporations may not prohibit firing ranges within their jurisdictions based on the reason that residents could go to a firing range in a different city.  In rendering this decision, the court ignored the illinois constitution of 1970, article I, section 22.
