While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court of indiana, hands down Barnes v. state: resisting statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) from conducting an unlawful search of one’s home is a criminal act: “[T]he right to reasonably resist an unlawful police entry into a home is no longer recognized under [i]ndiana law.”
