While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Department of Revenue, of the commonwealth of pennsylvania, runs television announcements warning residents who are delinquent in their taxes to take advantage of tax amnesty: “We know who you are … we know where you are.”
