While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Paul L. Dion, Chief of the Office of Revenue Analysis of the independent state of rhode island and providence plantations, announces that the state does not have the Federal Reserve Notes (Bills of Credit) necessary to pay 36,300,000 “dollars” in income tax refunds.
