Reza Moghadam, Director of Strategy, Policy and Review for the International Monetary Fund submits “Reserve Accumulation and International Monetary Stability” to Dominique Strauss-Kahn, Managing Director of the IMF, endorsing the establishment of one sole world central bank and a tangible, global fiat (Latin for “let it become”) currency called the “Bancor” (as envisioned by John Maynard Keynes) to replace the Special Drawing Right (as presently in “virtual circulation”).
