The Supreme Court, of the federal United States, decides Dodge v. Woolsey: the Constitution for the united States does not confer inalienable rights (personhood) on corporations. The [S]tates retain their prerogative to regulate corporations.
NOTE: The only corporations Congress is empowered to charter are post offices and post roads.
