While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Richard  C. Basford, of the Charleston, (virginia enclave of) West Virginia statute enforcement Department (acting under-color-of-law), arrests Scott Rensberger, a contract photographer for the Internal Revenue Service, for trying to prevent Basford from knocking Rensberger’s camera to the floor.  Rensberger had taken pictures of Santa Claus and a holiday choir concert at the Charleston Town Center Mall.
