Steven Foster a resident of Taunton, massachusetts, fatally shoots Hegazy Sayed, a gas station attendant and father of three, with a .22, caliber rifle, in an effort to raise money to pay his rent.

       NOTE: Foster was taking the psychotropic prescription drug Trazodone.
