While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Shelia C. Bair, Esq., Chairwoman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, dismisses her loss of 3,700,000,000 “dollar” loss over the second quarter of 2009, saying, “The banking industry, too, can look forward to better times ahead.  But, for now, the difficult and necessary process of recognizing loan losses and cleaning up balance sheets continues to be reflected in the industry’s bottom line.”

       NOTES:

  • During this quarter the FDIC reserve fund dropped from 18,600,000,000 to a deficit of 8,200,000,000 “dollars,” as Bair set aside 21,700,000,000 “dollars,” to cover imminent commercial bank seizures.
  • There were 26 commercial bank failures in 2008, and 81 commercial bank failures in the first eight months of 2009; there were at least 56 more commercial bank failures over the remaining four months of that year, indicating an accelerating trend.
  • As Bair was making this announcement her list of “problem (commercial) banks” had risen to 416.
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Bair was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].

judge (sic) Stephen F. Belden, of the Canton, (Federal enclave of) Ohio municipal court, while presiding over state v. Brown, orders Harry Brown bound and his mouth sealed with duct tape.  Brown was dissatisfied with his public defender.  Belden refused to appoint a different attorney, telling him that he would be free to represent himself, but he would be a fool to do so.
