While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Federal court for the eastern district of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania hands down United states v. Fumo: judge Ronald L. Buckwalter sentences Democratic (socialist/fascist) former state senator Vincent J. Fumo, Esq., to less than five years in prison for corruption.  Sentencing recommendations of 15 to 20 years were requested, but Buckwalter, citing Fumo‘s “distinguished” record of public service, sentences him to less than six.

NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Fumo was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
