While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Department of Justice attorneys file amicus curiae (Latin for “friend of the court”) briefs with the supreme court, of the corporate United states, in the case of Rasul v. Rumsfeld, arguing that the detainees at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, Cuba, do not have constitutional rights to due process; and that Donald H. Rumsfeld, former Secretary of Defense, is immune from prosecution.

       Questions:

  • Does “the Law follow the flag?”
  • Does the flag of the United states flag fly over Guantanamo Bay Naval Base?
  • Does the “birth certificate” of the united States boldly state that “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights?”

       North Phoenix, (Federal enclave of) Arizona statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) raid the home of Jeff Pataky, confiscating three computers, routers, modems, hard drives and memory cards.  Pataky runs a web site called Bad Phoenix Cops, which exposes SEO corruption in the Phoenix area.
