While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the Department of Justice files a motion with the Federal court for the northern district of california to dismiss (Latin for “friend of the court”) in the case of Jewel v. National Security Agency, arguing that to proceed with the complaint against NSA wiretapping of all U.s. subject/enemy/citizens would compromise national security.  The motion expands on the arguments of Republican (fascist/socialist) President George W. Bush that the NSA’s warrantless wiretapping program is immune from lawsuits — even in the event of an intentional violation of the law.

NOTE: A year previous when he was campaigning for the presidency, Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto senator Barrack Hussein Obama, Jr. (a.k.a. Barry Soetoro, II), Esq., promised transparency, accountability and respect for civil rights in his administration.
