While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) President George W. Bush signs the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act, giving the Commander-in-Chief power to order the National Guard (U.s. Soldiers) of one state to quell a civil disturbance in a different state.

Republican (fascist/socialist) President George W. Bush signs the Military Commissions Act, reasserting the power of the president to declare U.s. subject/enemy/citizens to be unlawful combatants and indefinitely detain them without due process. The act lends legitimacy to war crimes committed before the end of 2005. It also prohibits lawsuits from individuals harmed in violation of the Geneva Conventions. The right of any person, be they State sovereign Citizens, U.s. enemy/subject/citizens, legal U.s. residents, or foreigners, to challenge accusations of, or incarceration for, being enemy combatants are nullified.
NOTES:
- This is an ex post facto law prohibited by Article I, Section 9 [Clause 3].
- Until the passage of this statute, CONgress had never allowed prosecutors to use evidence obtained by witnesses whose only motivation was to stop the pain.
