While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” judge R. Barclay Surrick, the Federal court for the eastern district of pennsylvania, hands down Berg v. Obama: a U.s. subject/enemy/citizen does not have standing (a right) to sue to prevent the election of a constitutionally ineligible candidate for President of the United States; in this case Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto senator Barrack Hussein Obama, Jr., (a.k.a. Barry Soetoro, II), Esq., of illinois, who was born either in the British enclave of Kenya, or the republic of Hawaii. “The alleged harm to voters stemming from a presidential candidate’s failure to satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Natural Born Citizen Clause is not concrete or particularized enough to constitute an injury.”
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Obama was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
