While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Benjamin S. “helicopter Ben” Bernanke, Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors (a Federal agency) that oversees the privately owned Federal Reserve System of (central) Banks; Henry M. Paulson, secretary of the treasury; and Sheila C. Bair, Esq., Chairwoman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; jointly announce the purchase of 27,000,000,000 “dollars” in newly issued preferred stock (having no voting rights, but paying guaranteed dividends) from Citigroup (commercial) Bank, after the market value of its stock fell more than 60% in the previous week.

       Postscript: Two months later, after the “investment” of 165,000,000,000 “dollars” in preferred stock, these companies have lost 438,000,000,000 “dollars” in value, and the preferred shares have lost 20,000,000,000 “dollars” in value.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Bair was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
