The Supreme Court, of the corporates United states, hands down Chy Lung v. Freeman, declaring the power to regulate immigration to be an implied power for the federal government, and not a reserved power for the States, as per Article X of Amendment.

       NOTE: The word “immigration” does not appear in the Constitution for the united States.
