While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” “Sicherheitsdienst Reichsfuhrer” Michael Chertoff (Russian for “son of Satan”), Secretary of Homeland Security, grants extensions to maine, montana and the independent republic of south carolina, even though they did not request one.  Not only are they out of compliance with the REAL ID Act; but governors announced that they were refusing to comply the Federal standard for their state’s driver’s licenses.
