While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” John C. Killorin, Director of the Atlanta High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force, claims credit for the area’s increase in burglaries, car-jackings and robberies, as a sign of success that his recreational drug interdiction efforts have reduced the supply, consequently raising the price: “If the market here gets unstable down to the street, then the streets will get bloody. … I don’t think we’re there yet.”

       NOTE: Finally, a drug enforcement agent admits that his mission is to increase property crime.
