While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the circuit court of appeals for the District of Columdia hands down Abigail Alliance for Better Access to Developmental Drugs v. von Eschenbach, terminally ill U.S. enemy/subject/citizens have no right to potentially lifesaving drugs that have not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration.

NOTE: The drug that Abigail Burroughs was seeking to use to prolong her inalienable Right to Life was approved by the FDA only after her death.
