The Parliament of Iraq votes 144 to 131 in a non-binding resolution to terminate the continued occupation of their nation by the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries).

       Postscript: Four years later U.s. Armed Forces were still in Iraq.

       While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the circuit court of appeals for the hands down We The People v. United states: Article I of Amendment does not recognize the Right to Petition for redress of grievances against the Federal government.
