While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Dale Thompson, Chief of General Investigations and Field Operations for the Office of Foreign Assets Control, writes to Michael Moore, Academy Award-winning filmmaker, informing that he is under civil investigation by the department of the Treasury for taking sick 9-1-1 (9/11/2001) rescue workers to Cuba for treatment.  “This office has no record that a specific license was issued authorizing you to engage in travel-related transactions involving Cuba.”
