Stuart W. Bowen, Jr., Esq., Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction, reports that of the 133,000,000 “dollars” worth of small arms given to the Iraqi security forces, the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) have not properly tracked 13,480 nine-millimeter semiautomatic pistols, 751 of the M1-F assault rifles and nearly 100 MP-5 machine guns.  Of the 505,093 individual weapons tuned over to the Ministries of Interior and Defense, only 12,128 were completely accounted for.
