James F. Jeffrey, Iraq Coordinator for the department of state, announces to the national media that the only Iraqi reconstruction project that will be done in 2007 will be 100,000,000 “dollars” for additional prison space.

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down League of United Latin American Citizens v. Perry: The Constitution does not prohibit the states from redrawing its winner take-all Congressional districts any time they wish to.

       NOTE: Neither does the Constitution give States the power to create winner take-all Congressional districts.
