While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) President George W. Bush signs the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, imposing a myriad of testing and documentation requirements on industries that previously had not posed a threat to consumer safety. The act is anti-competitive in that it impacts more severely upon smaller businesses—including thrift stores—than larger corporations; and has caused an immediate closing of at least eleven-hundred stores across the nation.

Esq., (a.k.a. Barry Soetoro, Jr.), of illinois, and Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto senator John S. McCain III, of the Federal enclave of Arizona. Excluded from the forum are Alan Keyes, former Ambassador to the United Nations, presidential nominee of the American Independent (dominionist) Party, and consumer advocate Ralph Nader, presidential nominee of the Peace and Freedom (feminist-socialist) Party, who were both outside the property in protest.
NOTES:
- At no time was the tax-exempt status of Saddleback church in jeopardy.
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Obama was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
