       Republican (fascist/socialist) Vice President Richard B. Cheney says of the inmates in the prison at Guantanamo Naval Base, Cuba: “They’re living in the tropics.  They’re well fed.  They’ve got everything they could possibly want.”

       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Kelo v. New London (connecticut): government seizure (eminent domain) of private property for a private use is lawful.

       Postscript: Nine years later, the once thriving Fort Trumbull neighborhood, where Suzette Kelo lived remained barren and undeveloped.
