While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Wilmington, delaware statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) conducting a mid-afternoon drug raid, shoot and kill Derek J. Hale for failure to comply, after he had been rendered incoherent, and vomiting, by three electric stun gun shots in rapid succession. The SEOs tell the local media that Hale was a member of a motorcycle gang that deals in illicit recreational drugs, and that Hale had a switchblade and pepper spray on his person. The truth is Hale had no criminal record, and possessed a concealed carry permit from the commonwealth of virginia; also, Hale was in Wilmington to contribute to the local “Toys for Tots” program.
